Hello. I have an F11 528i xDrive and have a problem with the steering. It's getting hard to turn the wheels when appear. What can it be?

It's an electronic power steering so it's not have fluids. I found this error 4823ff

That fault code means OC (open circuit). Please check the ground wire from the electric steering motor. Should be a brown cable.
