Manchmal knarzen/knacken der Lenkung(?)

    Hallo zusammen.


    Ich habe folgendes Problem:

    Zugstreben, Radlager, Antriebswellen, Spurstange inkl Axialgelenken sind komplett neu.


    Ich habe keine Verschlechterung der Fahrleistung.

    Lenkverhalten ist normal.


    Aufgefallen ist mir, dass das Geräusch nach einem Kaltstart nicht da ist. Sobald der Wagen aber Längere Zeit gefahren wurde, also über die normale Warmlaufphase hinaus, fängt das knacken an. Sowohl beim Leben im Stand als auch beim Anfahren ohne dabei das Lenkkrad zu bewegen.


    Mein Fahrzeug hat Xdrive und Adaptive Drive.


    Jemand schonmal dieses Geräusch gehabt und eine mögliche Lösung?

    Hmmm, seems most was changed up front, maybe nest on a Platform Lift or open Pit and check from below live.


    What else ? The Roll Bar Couplers and the two large Diagonal Struts loose in the Engine Bay ? Latter easy to check on your own.

    I already checked it from below. There was no Error. Everything looks fine.
    What do u mean with „Roll Bar Couplers“?

    The Front Roll Bar Couplers are the foot long struts attached to the Roll Bar and have Rubber Bushings on each end.

    Ah in German they called Koppelstangen.
    they are fine.

    Under my engine is a big Plate. Some user in Facebook told me, that this plate can make this noises if it not correctly installed.
    I will check this next and report back if it has helped
